  • 🎯 The Role
  • We are seeking an experienced Communications Manager to lead internal and external communication initiatives, develop strategic messaging, and strengthen the organization’s reputation.
  • The ideal candidate will oversee communication programs, manage stakeholder engagement, and ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
  • 🚀 Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies aligned with organizational objectives
  • Manage internal communications to enhance employee engagement, organizational alignment, and company culture
  • Lead external communication initiatives including corporate announcements, media communications, and stakeholder outreach
  • Create, review, and manage communication materials such as newsletters, presentations, reports, speeches, and executive messaging
  • Ensure consistent brand voice, messaging, and communication standards across all platforms
  • Build and maintain relationships with media representatives, industry stakeholders, and external partners
  • Support public relations activities, reputation management, and crisis communication planning when required
  • Collaborate with marketing, human resources, leadership, and business teams on communication campaigns and initiatives
  • Monitor communication effectiveness through engagement metrics, feedback, and performance analysis
  • Prepare communication reports, insights, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
  • ✅ Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in communications, public relations, corporate affairs, media relations, or related roles
  • 2+ years of experience managing communication strategies, stakeholder engagement, or corporate communications functions preferred
  • Strong understanding of internal communications, external communications, branding, and reputation management
  • Excellent writing, editing, storytelling, and presentation skills
  • Experience developing executive communications, communication plans, and strategic messaging frameworks
  • Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Experience with digital communication platforms, content management systems, and communication analytics tools is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
