Dior Beauty is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Press, Events and Celebrities Executive to support the execution of press, celebrity, and event strategies across the MENA region.
Reporting to the Senior Communications Manager, this role plays a key part in amplifying Dior’s luxury positioning, securing top-tier media coverage, and ensuring the brand’s presence at high-profile events and red-carpet moments.
Job responsibilities
Press & Media Support
- Assist in executing Dior’s press and media strategy to maintain the brand’s leadership in luxury beauty.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and media stakeholders.
- Coordinate press requests, interviews, and editorial placements across print, digital, and social platforms.
- Monitor press coverage, compile reports, and support in measuring PR impact.
Celebrity & Brand Ambassadors
- Support in managing relationships with celebrity agents, publicists, and industry professionals.
- Assist in securing regional talent for campaigns, events, and activations in alignment with Dior’s luxury image.
- Track and organize celebrity placements, ensuring alignment with Dior’s global ambassador strategy.
- Assist in coordinating Dior Beauty’s presence at key regional red-carpet events, including the Red Sea Film Festival and Joy Awards.
Events & Experiences
- Support the planning and execution of high-profile press events, product launches, and VIP experiences.
- Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
- Oversee guest management, logistics, and on-site coordination.
- Ensure events align with Dior’s brand DNA and drive earned media impact.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Administration
- Work closely with the wider Communications team, including Influencer Marketing.
- Manage administrative tasks, including budget tracking, reporting, and database management.
- Oversee supplier management, including purchase orders and payment follow-ups.
- Ensure all expenses are correctly processed, aligned with budget plans, and reported efficiently.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, manage inventory of PR assets, and coordinate logistics as needed.
- Place weekly Internal Requests. Assist the team with supplier creation, purchase orders and POs
Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in PR, events, or celebrity relations within the luxury, beauty, or fashion industry.
- Strong media relationships and knowledge of the MENA press and influencer landscape.
- Experience working on luxury events and celebrity activations.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French or Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for luxury beauty, storytelling, and earned media strategies.
- Additional information
Travel
- Expected to travel occasionally within the GCC region and internationally for press events, red-carpet activations, and VIP engagements.

Christian Dior described himself as a fashion and perfume designer.
The House of Dior, founded in 1946, changed the face of ladies’ style forever when its New Look was unveiled in the halls of 30 Avenue Montaigne on February 12, 1947.
