Communications Coordinator – Perfcomm LLC (Doha, Qatar)
Perfcomm LLC, based in Doha, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Communications Coordinator** to support internal and external communication efforts, strengthen brand presence, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Role Overview
The Communications Coordinator will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing communication strategies that support company objectives.
This role involves content creation, media coordination, stakeholder communication, and assisting in corporate branding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will manage day-to-day communication activities, including drafting and editing press releases, company announcements, internal memos, and marketing content.
They will coordinate with various departments to ensure messaging alignment and maintain a consistent corporate voice.
They will also support digital communications, including website updates, email campaigns, and social media content planning.
Monitoring media coverage, preparing communication reports, and maintaining relationships with media partners and external stakeholders will be part of the role.
Additionally, the Communications Coordinator will assist in organizing corporate events, presentations, and promotional activities, ensuring smooth execution and professional representation of the company.
Requirements
Applicants should hold a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
Prior experience in a communications, PR, or marketing support role is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, with Arabic considered an advantage.
The ideal candidate should be organized, creative, and capable of managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital communication tools and social media platforms is required.
