Airswift is seeking for a Commissioning Coordinator to work in Qatar with a major Oil & Gas Company. Qualification

• Preferably with Diploma/Degree/Certificate in Engineering.

Must Have Experience:

• Minimum 10 years’ oil & gas experience, including 7+ years in Completions / Commissioning coordination.
• Strong knowledge of Mechanical Completion, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and turnover processes in large EPIC projects.
• Experience developing and reviewing completions procedures, test packs, loop packs, and Mechanical Completion dossiers.
• Proven ability to manage simultaneous activities and resolve interface issues across multi-discipline teams.
• Strong communication, coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferably Offshore O&G experience.

Must Have Skills:

• Proficient in CMS tools such as Hexagon, OMEGA 365, or equivalent platforms, including:

• Systemization setup and administration
• Check sheet allocation, punch list management, data validation
• Turnover package compilation and tracking
• Database reconciliation with engineering revisions

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and maintain the Completions Management System (CMS) for the entire project lifecycle.
• Administer and create/validate systemization, check sheets, punch lists, verification records, and engineering parameters.
• Review and approve contractor completions plans, procedures, test packs, loop packs, and completion dossiers.
• Track completion progress and produce daily/weekly system status, punch list, and turnover reports.
• Ensure all deliverables satisfy requirements for RFPC, RFSU, and Final Handover Certificates.
• Coordinate Mechanical Completion (MC), pre-commissioning, commissioning, and startup activities. commissioning, commissioning, and start up activities.
• Facilitate functional checks, loop tests, readiness for energization, system turnovers, and Punch List close out.
• Support development and implementation of system boundaries, completion strategies, and turnover execution plans.
• Ensure issues affecting commissioning or start up are escalated and resolved promptly.
• Monitor contractor execution, verifying compliance with project requirements and QA/QC standards.
• Ensure preparation, review, and approval of all turnover packages and system dossiers.
• Maintain accurate red-line drawings, DCNs, subsystem boundaries, vendor documentation, System/Sub-system Mark-up Drawings and technical records.
• Manage the end-to-end handover process, ensuring complete transfer of tools, equipment, software licenses, guarantees, and documentation to Operations.
• Maintain registers for punch lists, isolations/spading, overrides/inhibits, operator witness activities, and technical queries.
• Review and support PTW, JSA, isolations, and hazardous energy management.
• Participate in SIMOPS reviews including emergency response and evacuation procedures.
• Notify stakeholders of high-risk activities and ensure safe execution in compliance with project standards.
• Support reviews of P&IDs, SLDs, and ensure controlled access to operational areas.
