Work arrangement

What you will do

• Coordinate commission requirements from clarification and solution design through development, testing, implementation, and post-launch support.
• Connect Sales, Commercial, Finance, and IT teams to clarify requirements and confirm feasibility and alignment.
• Maintain documentation, status reporting, testing evidence, and change traceability; manage risks, dependencies, and delivery issues.
• Support commission reviews, calculations, accruals, and reporting for direct and indirect sales channels.
• Contribute to commission-system configuration and maintenance, and support stable processing through controls and documented testing.
• Provide timely updates to local and international stakeholders.

Who you are

• Hold a university degree in Information Technology, Economics, or an equivalent field.
• Be fluent in spoken and written English; good Greek knowledge is an advantage.
• Have substantial experience in channel commissions and IT-related project delivery.
• Be able to translate business requirements into commission rules, processes, and system specifications.
• Have analytical ability, attention to detail, stakeholder coordination skills, and the ability to manage priorities and work independently.
• Knowledge of financial operations, advanced Excel, or automation tools is advantageous.
