Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Commission Sales Associate role based in Sharjah.

The Commission Sales Associate will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a strong pipeline of residential, commercial, and hospitality clients.

The role includes conducting client visits to project sites, showrooms, and offices, presenting product options, preparing quotations, and following up to close sales and achieve targets.

The associate will maintain relationships with contractors, designers, architects, and end users, providing guidance on material selection, pricing, and delivery schedules.

Daily responsibilities also include coordinating with the factory and logistics teams, updating CRM or sales reports, monitoring payments, and representing the company professionally in all customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales skills in building materials, interior finishes, or related industries, with a strong focus on lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Experience in client relationship management, including regular follow-ups, handling inquiries, and providing after-sales support.
  • Basic knowledge of marble, granite, and other stone products, or a strong willingness to learn technical product features and applications.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in additional languages (such as Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu) is an advantage.
  • Comfort working on a commission-based or incentive-driven structure, with a goal-oriented and self-motivated approach.
  • Ability to work on-site in Sharjah, conduct frequent client and site visits, and adapt to a field-based sales environment.
  • Good organizational and reporting skills, including the ability to use basic office software and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Previous sales experience in the UAE market is preferred; a valid UAE driving license is highly desirable.
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory with strong relevant experience.
