Job Opportunity: Commission-Based Sales Representative — Saudi Arabia

A Kuwait-based technology startup is looking for motivated Sales Representatives in Saudi Arabia to help introduce our AI automation services to businesses across the Kingdom.

We provide smart chatbot solutions for businesses, including automated customer replies, lead collection, booking support, WhatsApp/Instagram automation, and an upcoming AI calling feature for handling and following up with customers.

Our company is currently in its early startup stage, with the full website, platform, and public launch materials expected to be ready within approximately one month.

We are building with the goal of expanding across Saudi Arabia and the wider Gulf region.

Role Description

We are looking for a commission-based Sales Representative who can approach businesses, introduce our services, generate leads, and help close new clients.

This role does not include a fixed monthly salary.

Instead, the Sales Representative will earn a percentage commission from every business they successfully bring to the company.

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential business clients in Saudi Arabia.
  • Contact business owners and decision-makers.
  • Explain the benefits of AI chatbots and AI calling automation.
  • Arrange meetings or calls with interested businesses.
  • Follow up with leads professionally.
  • Help convert interested businesses into paying clients.
  • Maintain good communication with the company team.
  • Represent the company professionally in the Saudi market.

Target Clients

  • The ideal clients may include:
  • Clinics and medical centers
  • Restaurants and cafés
  • Salons and beauty centers
  • Training centers and institutes
  • Real estate companies
  • Car rental businesses
  • Gyms and fitness centers
  • E-commerce and Instagram-based businesses
  • Any business that receives many customer messages, inquiries, bookings, or calls

Compensation

This is a commission-only opportunity.

There is no fixed salary at the current stage.

The Sales Representative will receive an agreed percentage from every confirmed business deal they bring.

Commission details will be discussed and agreed upon before starting.

Ideal Candidate

  • We are looking for someone who:
  • Has experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
  • Understands the Saudi business market.
  • Can communicate professionally with business owners.
  • Is confident, persuasive, and organized.
  • Can work independently.
  • Has strong follow-up skills.
  • Is interested in technology, AI, automation, and startups.
  • Speaks Arabic fluently; English is a plus.
