Job Summary

RAMSA Defence & Aerospace is seeking experienced and results-driven

Commission-Based Sales Representatives

specifically focused on the

sale of ammunition and military products

.

This role is fully commission-based and involves developing new customers, managing military sales and bid processes, and contributing as a project partner in defense-related programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work on a
  • 100% commission basis
  • , earning
  • 3% commission on the total sales invoice
  • **Develop new customers and markets for ammunition and military products**
  • **Manage military tenders, bids, and sales processes from initial contact to contract execution**
  • **Act as a project partner, supporting long-term defense and ammunition programs**
  • **Represent RAMSA Defence & Aerospace in assigned regions professionally**
  • **Provide regular and structured sales activity and progress reports**

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in
  • ammunition, military products, or defense industry sales
  • **Prior experience with defense contractors, armed forces, or military supply projects is a strong advantage**
  • **Fluent English**
  • is mandatory (additional languages are a plus)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong reporting skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and representation abilities
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment
  • Military background or defense industry experience is preferred

Compensation

  • **No monthly salary**
  • **3% commission**
  • on the total invoiced sales amount
