Role Description
This is a remote, commission-based Marketing Partner / Business Development Associate role.
The individual will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified business opportunities, building relationships with decision-makers, and introducing organizations that may benefit from ARINSA AI MINDS' services.
The role involves networking, lead generation, business outreach, partnership development, and facilitating initial discussions with prospective clients.
Compensation
is performance-based and paid upon successful client acquisition and project closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients across various industries.
- Generate qualified business leads and opportunities.
- Build relationships with business owners, executives, and decision-makers.
- Promote ARINSA AI MINDS' services and solutions.
- Coordinate introductions and facilitate initial business discussions.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate with the ARINSA AI MINDS team to support business growth.
- Represent the company professionally during networking and outreach activities.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in business development, sales, marketing, lead generation, or client relationship management.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and connect with decision-makers.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in technology, software services, AI, IT consulting, digital transformation, or SaaS industries.
- Existing professional network of business owners, startups, enterprises, or industry contacts.
- Understanding of AI, automation, software development, cloud technologies, or digital solutions.
- Experience in B2B sales, consulting, partnerships, or account management.
