Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
• Maintain a positive and energetic presence to enhance the guest experience.
• Prepare all mise-en-place correctly before service begins.
• Assist in serving food and beverages promptly while showing genuine hospitality.
• Maintain basic product knowledge of the menu and beverages offered.
• Ensure the restaurant setup, cleanliness, and equipment arrangement meet resort standards.
• Help create a clean, organized, and professional working environment.
• Support senior team members by completing assigned tasks efficiently.
• Always present yourself professionally.
• Stay informed about daily resort updates and events relevant to service.
• Report any breakages or equipment issues to the Team Leader/Supervisor.
• Attend team briefings, meetings, and required training sessions.
• Communicate effectively and maintain good working relationships with colleagues.
• Show professionalism, courtesy, and teamwork in all interactions.
• Support energy and water conservation practices.
• Maintain excellent personal hygiene and follow hygiene standards in all work areas.
• A suitable candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in a quality hotel, resort, or restaurant environment.
• Basic food and beverage knowledge is required, along with a willingness to learn and grow within the team.
• The candidate should have strong personal presentation, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage politely with a diverse range of guests.
• Being a supportive team player, maintaining high service standards, and demonstrating a positive attitude are essential.
• Good communication in English is required, and knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.
