We are seeking a passionate and motivated Commis Chef to join our Kitchen team and play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

As a Commis Chef, you'll work alongside an experienced culinary team to prepare fresh, high-quality dishes while building your skills in a fast-paced hotel environment. You'll bring enthusiasm, attention to detail and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Previous experience in a commercial kitchen, hotel or hospitality environment

A genuine passion for food and culinary excellence

Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or currently working towards one

Experience in hotel, conferencing or event catering environments
