Responsibilities
- Ensure an efficient level of service and prompt delivery of product within your area of responsibility. • Adapt menu items to cater to allergies, dietary requirements or requests. • Recognise our regular guests and clients, remembering their preferences. • Use your initiative and kitchen empowerment guidelines to resolve any guest issues or complaints; replace or offer alternative menu items if required. • Maintain excellent product knowledge to give our clients the best service and advice. • Ensure hygiene standards are maintained for the safety of our guests and reputation.
