We are looking for a hardworking and skilled **Commis for the Burger Section** to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have experience working in a fast‑paced kitchen in the UAE and be familiar with basic burger preparation, station setup, and maintaining kitchen hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
- **Burger station prep** including chopping, portioning, and organizing ingredients
- Assist in **burger assembly** and cooking under the Chef’s supervision
- Maintain cleanliness and proper food‑handling practices
- Support grill, fryer, and prep stations as needed
- Follow recipes, portion standards, and kitchen procedures
- Work efficiently during peak hours and coordinate with the team
Requirements
- Previous UAE experience as a **Commis**, preferably in a burger or fast‑casual kitchen
- Basic knowledge of grilling, frying, and food prep
- Ability to work under pressure and follow instructions
- Good teamwork, hygiene, and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
