Requirements
- Minimum 5–10 years of professional pastry & Bakery experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to take charge and manage pastry & Bakery operations when needed
- Good understanding of efficient pastry & bakery kitchen operations
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple client orders simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of desserts from around the world
- Creative mindset with excellent presentation and flavor understanding
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for quality, innovation, and teamwork
Responsibilities
- Oversee and prepare daily dessert production and kitchen workflow
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation across all products
- Assist in recipe development and creation of new dessert concepts
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and hygiene standards
- Coordinate multiple orders and production timelines efficiently
- Step into a leadership role whenever the Head Chef is unavailable
