  • Willingness to obtain required pest control licensing (training and support provided)
  • Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening
  • $1,000/week guaranteed during your first 90 days as you ramp up and complete training
  • After training: $700–$800/week base pay plus uncapped commission
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $70,000–$110,000+
  • Actual earnings vary based on individual performance and sales results
  • Paid training and ongoing support

  • Meet with business owners and decision-makers face-to-face
  • Inspect commercial properties and identify pest control needs
  • Build customized solutions (not one-size-fits-all sales)
  • Prospect new business through calls, visits, networking, and referrals
  • Manage proposals, pricing, and follow-ups
  • Build long-term client relationships—not just quick wins
  • Partner with operations and service teams to deliver results

  • Bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, and work in tight or confined spaces as part of inspections and service evaluations
  • Work in indoor and outdoor environments, including exposure to varying weather conditions
  • Safely perform job responsibilities in active commercial settings such as offices, retail spaces, warehouses, and industrial facilities
