  • Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible of generate & close the deals, follow-up with all the deal opportunities in MDU, GRMS & Lighting Control System for the
  • Abudhabi region
  • .
  • You will be responsible for:
  • To work closely with all the stake holders of the opportunities not limited to End users, clients, consultants, contractors, Systyem Integrators to win the deals.
  • Establish the strong pipeline of projects the region for current year and upcoming years
  • Collaborate with all the team members with respect to the stake holders involved
  • Developing the commercial strategy in your zone in collaboration with the Sale Director.
  • Setting sales targets (budget, forecasts) and monitoring their achievement,
  • Developing and supporting clients
  • Participating in commercial negotiations
  • Managing commercial budgets
  • Participating in the company's commercial policy
  • Contributing to competitive and technological monitoring in the sector
  • Attending local and national fairs
  • All actions must be reported using a CRM management tool.

Prerequisites

With a minimum university degree, you have at least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in the industrial sector, HVAC, and/or electrical engineering.

You demonstrate significant autonomy, have team management and negotiation skills, and possess a KNX or Tutor certification, ideally with at least one experience as a Trainer.

A high level of English is essential for this position.

A high level of Spanish is a plus.
