Role Description
The Commercial Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
This role is responsible for generating and managing commercial sales, including identifying new business opportunities with gyms, corporate clients, and institutions, and nurturing existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
Day-to-day tasks include conducting client meetings and product presentations, preparing quotations and proposals, negotiating terms, and overseeing the sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
The Commercial Sales Executive will coordinate with customer service, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery, excellent client experience, and alignment with business objectives.
The role also involves tracking sales performance, providing market feedback, and contributing to sales forecasts and business planning.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing commercial deals.
- Customer Service and Account Management skills to build long-term, trust-based client relationships.
- Experience with Insurance or corporate procurement processes, particularly for commercial or institutional clients.
- Business Planning skills, including forecasting, pipeline management, and contribution to sales strategy.
- Relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably in fitness equipment, retail, or related industries.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple accounts, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
