About the
Role:As a Commercial Sales & Lettings Consultant, you will be responsible for facilitating the purchase, sale, and lease of a diverse range of commercial properties, including office spaces, shopping malls, retail projects, restaurants, cafes, and labour c
amps.

- ities:Gather and manage comprehensive property information, ensuring compelling marketing mate
- rials.Maintain expert knowledge of Dubai's real estate regulations and market trends, including price per square foot/
- meter.Effectively communicate with sellers, buyers, tenants, banks, and financial institu
- tions.Conduct accurate property valuations and engaging vie
- wings.Negotiate deals from viewing to offer stage, maximising client satisfa
- ction.Monitor sales and lease progression, collaborating with our Sales Progression
- team.Provide exceptional client care through regular follow-up
- calls.Stay informed about local commercial property market t
- rends.
