Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in identifying their commercial real estate needs and provide tailored solutions aligned with their objectives.
• Conduct thorough market research and property inspections to evaluate and recommend suitable commercial properties.
• Manage the end-to-end leasing process, including negotiations, drafting lease agreements, and coordinating with legal teams.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, investors, and property developers to facilitate successful transactions.
• Prepare detailed market analysis, reports, and presentations to inform clients about market trends and investment opportunities.
• Guide clients on financial considerations, including leasing options, operating costs, and investment returns.
• Utilize CRM systems to track client interactions and manage leads effectively.
• Stay updated on local zoning laws, market changes, and emerging trends that could impact clients' decisions.

Requirements

• + Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• + Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate advisory or brokerage.
• + In-depth knowledge of the Dubai commercial real estate market.
• + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.
• + Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.
• + Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and financial reports.
• + Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software/platforms.
