Commercial Partnerships Manager

Role Description

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage partnerships to expand the company's reach and services.
• Build and maintain key-account relationships, negotiate partnership terms, and ensure delivery of agreed recruitment and HR consulting services.
• Prospect new partners, conduct market and data analysis, coordinate campaigns and promotional activities, and monitor partnership performance.
• Communicate with stakeholders, prepare proposals and reports, and collaborate with internal teams to improve offerings and user experience.

Qualifications

• Strong partnership and relationship-building skills, including experience in Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships.
• Account Management experience focused on commercial relationships and partner satisfaction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to present, negotiate, and influence stakeholders.
• Analytical skills to assess market opportunities, interpret data, and track partnership performance.
• Business development, commercial, or sales background; experience in recruitment, HR services, or online platforms is preferred.
• Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and wider UAE market is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, manage priorities, and meet targets and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
