About the Role

Commercial Performance and Reporting

• Develop reporting frameworks covering pipeline, bookings, revenue performance, customer metrics, and marketing effectiveness.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for executive leadership and coordinate accurate Board reporting packs.
• Analyse trends, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend improvements to business leaders.

Sales and Customer Success Operations

• Manage sales processes, workflows, governance, forecasting, CRM data quality, pipeline reviews, and performance dashboards.
• Support territory planning, account segmentation, sales planning, customer health reporting, retention, renewals, and expansion tracking.
• Improve lifecycle management, customer experience, and operational processes that reduce churn.

Marketing, Systems, and Governance

• Track campaign performance, lead generation, conversion rates, return on investment, funnel performance, and marketing contribution to revenue.
• Administer commercial systems, automate manual processes, improve efficiency, and maintain commercial process documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the commercial function.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and senior leadership around metrics, definitions, reporting, and operating rhythms.
• Support strategic commercial projects through analysis, planning, and execution.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills, executive and Board-level reporting experience, and advanced spreadsheet modelling and reporting proficiency.
• Experience supporting Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, plus experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
• Strong project management, organisation, communication, prioritisation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a PE-backed SaaS, technology, subscription, or high-growth business environment.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, revenue forecasting, commercial planning, or commercial systems optimisation.
• Experience using Copilot, Claude, or other AI platforms to support role objectives.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary is approximately £50,000 to £60,000, dependent on experience.

Working Details

• This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, typically Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:30 with flexibility.
• The role is ideally based in or around Edinburgh, with remote work possible for candidates in the UK.
• Dayshape uses hybrid working without mandated office days, and many employees work from home two to three days per week.
