Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Business Development & Sales Representative to join our growing media production company.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, generating leads, and securing contracts for our video production, content creation, and branding services.
This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial individual who thrives in a performance-driven environment and is confident in generating revenue through networking, prospecting, and sales.
Qualifications
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in areas such as pricing, contract support, and revenue tracking.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
- Customer service and client relationship skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Sales support experience, including opportunity follow-up, documentation of deals, and coordination with sales teams.
- Experience delivering or supporting training related to commercial procedures, tools, or customer-facing standards.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM systems, presentation software).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced

Compensation
This is a 100% commission-based role with no fixed salary.
The position offers an attractive commission structure with significant earning potential for high-performing individuals.
