Commercial Manager | Saudi Arabia

We are looking for a commercially driven leader to lead growth, expand distribution, and strengthen market presence across Saudi Arabia.

*Scan Tool Line Trading Est.* is the exclusive distributor and representative of leading international automotive brands in lubricants, fuel additives, and car care products.

As we continue our expansion, we are seeking an experienced *Commercial Manager* to drive our next phase of growth.

What You Will Be Responsible For

  • Developing and executing the company's commercial strategy and growth plans.
  • Expanding distribution channels and increasing market penetration across Saudi Arabia.
  • Building and managing strategic relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and converting them into measurable growth.
  • Leading and developing a high-performing sales team.
  • Monitoring commercial performance, profitability, market share, and key business metrics.
  • Analyzing market trends, customer needs, pricing, and competitor activities.
  • Working closely with senior management to achieve the company's growth objectives.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in sales, distribution, or commercial management, including leadership responsibilities.
  • Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and expanding distribution networks.
  • Strong experience in managing distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and business planning capabilities.
  • Experience with CRM systems and performance management.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia.

Preferred Experience

  • Automotive lubricants.
  • Fuel additives.
  • Car care products.
  • Automotive aftermarket.
  • Spare parts distribution.
