Role Description
The Commercial Manager will oversee and grow commercial operations, focusing on revenue generation, client relationships, and strategic partnerships for GuestGreet.ai.
This full-time, on-site role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates involves developing and executing commercial strategies, managing key hotel accounts, and identifying new business opportunities in the luxury hospitality sector.
Day-to-day responsibilities include leading commercial planning, negotiating and managing contracts, monitoring performance against financial targets, and coordinating with product and operations teams to align offerings with market needs.
The Commercial Manager will also manage a small team, guide pricing and upselling strategies, and produce regular commercial performance reports for leadership.
Collaboration with marketing and sales teams to drive market expansion and ensure long-term client satisfaction is central to this position.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Commercial Management and Contract Management skills, including experience negotiating agreements and managing long-term commercial relationships.
- Candidates should possess solid Business Planning and Analytical Skills to develop forecasts, analyze performance metrics, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Team Management skills to lead, mentor, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders toward shared commercial goals.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work closely with senior hotel stakeholders and internal product, sales, and operations teams.
- Relevant experience in hospitality, SaaS, or technology solutions for hotels is highly beneficial, along with familiarity with the UAE and GCC luxury hospitality market.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred, as well as proficiency in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple commercial initiatives, and meet revenue and profitability targets.
- Define and execute the go-to-market and revenue strategy for GuestGreet across UAE and GCC luxury hotel groups
- Build and manage a pipeline of hotel operators, GMs, and procurement decision-makers
- Negotiate and close enterprise/B2B contracts with hospitality groups
- Set pricing strategy, commercial terms, and partnership structures
- Work closely with our marketing agency to align demand generation with sales execution
- Build commercial processes, forecasting, and reporting from the ground up
- Represent GuestGreet at industry events and with key hospitality stakeholders
