Our company is seeking a
Leasing Manager
to support and lead the leasing strategy for our commercial real estate projects.
Leasing Manager
is responsible for developing and implementing the leasing strategy for the company’s commercial real estate projects, with the objective of achieving optimal occupancy rates and maximizing investment returns.
The role includes overseeing the leasing team and daily operations, negotiating with tenants, preparing proposals and lease agreements, and building strong, long‑term relationships with clients and property owners to ensure successful leasing performance.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve target occupancy
· Manage and guide the leasing team
· Negotiate with tenants and close deals
· Prepare pricing proposals and review lease agreements
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis
· Build strong relationships with brokers and key clients
· Prepare periodic leasing and occupancy reports
· Follow up on renewals and reduce vacancy rates
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
· Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate leasing (including 2 years in a supervisory role)
· Strong knowledge of the Saudi commercial real estate market
· Excellent English communication skills
· Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills
