- Proficiency in English language speaking and writing
- Study of commercial cases and analysis of contracts and related documents.
- Preparation of regulations, memoranda, objections, and legal requests in commercial cases.
- Representation of clients before commercial judges and relevant authorities.
- Provision of legal consultations in contracts, partnerships, commercial claims, and contractual obligations.
- Reviewing and drafting contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence.
- Monitoring client files and updating case status according to internal systems.
