Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Interior Fit-Out Sales Executive / Manager with proven experience in handling commercial projects within the UAE market.
The ideal candidate must have a strong background in commercial interior fit-out sales and a solid network within the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the commercial fit-out sector.
- Generate leads and convert them into successful project closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, project managers, and clients.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and project presentations.
- Coordinate with estimation, design, and project teams to ensure accurate project costing and smooth execution.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and project briefings as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in commercial interior fit-out sales.
- Proven track record of handling commercial projects (offices, retail, F&B, etc.).
- Strong client network within the UAE commercial sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
