Commercial Finance Analyst

Role overview

Commercial finance and controlling

• Perform financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting; prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports with variance analysis and performance commentary.
• Advise operational management on business decision impacts, cost control, and profitability improvement opportunities.
• Manage cost accounting, project controlling, and financial analysis for service operations.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, IFRS, and company financial policies.
• Manage resource delegation orders, Temporary Hiring Out personnel, Service Level Agreements, Process Adjustment Tax Advice, and offer creation compliance.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing, including JVs, accruals, WIP clearing, OCC adjustments, COPA margins, plan cost updates, and OoH reporting.

ERP implementation and support

• Act as a Finance partner for AGORA ERP implementation and ensure commercial and financial requirements are reflected in the new environment.
• Support financial data migration, validation, and reconciliation; collaborate with IT and project teams on financial workflows, controls, and reporting tests.
• Support commercial master-data cleansing and validation, align ERP processes with policies and controls, and contribute to process improvements.

Education and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of professional experience in Accounts, Finance, Financial Analysis, Controlling, or a related finance function; experience consistent with Specialist Professional (P4) level.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP; ERP implementation or system migration experience is highly desirable.

• Technical skills include commercial finance, controlling, cost accounting, planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial and variance analysis, project controlling, and reporting.
• Knowledge includes internal controls, IFRS, financial closing, accruals, journal vouchers, WIP, COPA, SAP applications, ERP implementation, data migration, validation, reconciliation, and commercial master data.
