About This Role

About Us

LEDFlex is a manufacturer of LED luminaires, established for over 10 years and is looking to add an experienced Administrative Assistant.

We design, develop and manufacture LED lighting solutions for the UK and International markets.

At LEDFlex we continue to lead the way in terms of performance, efficiency and ecological friendly exterior and interior lighting products.

The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational and clerical skills, experience in administration and with the ability to perform under tight deadlines in a fast-paced office environment.

Role Responsibilities

  • Enable the global Business Development and Sales teams to represent LEDFlex consistently and effectively by owning sales tools, brand touchpoints, and market feedback — while driving continuous improvement across the customer journey.

Sales & BD Enablement

  • Develop, execute, and maintain sales enablement materials used globally, including presentations, demo kits, shared online tools, CRM workflows, and training resources
  • Own and continuously improve LEDFlex product demonstration kits and sales toolkits
  • Support BD team with branded gifts for relationship-building and client onboarding
  • Establish and manage an annual global gifting and recognition calendar aligned to cultural events and milestones
  • Actively support onboarding and product training of new BD, Sales, and Product hires on brand, products, tools, and expectations

Events & Relationship Building

  • Support BD teams with guest profiling, contact capture, and post-event follow-up organisation
  • Assist in planning and executing LEDFlex-hosted and sponsored events

Product & Brand Storytelling

  • Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing teams on the commercialisation of new products and product updates, including concept development, positioning, and go-to-market readiness
  • Coordinate creation and accuracy of product documentation, including datasheets, installation manuals, drawings, and regional variants
  • Work with Product team to ensure SKU structures, naming, and product hierarchies are clear, logical, and sales-ready
  • Ensure product information is clear, consistent, and commercially effective across all customer-facing touchpoints
  • Ensure all customer-facing materials remain aligned as products evolve, including updates to tools, demo kits, and digital platforms

Market Insight & Continous Improvement

  • Gather and analyse feedback from sales teams, customers, and partners on website usability, documentation, tools, and processes
  • Identify pain points across the customer journey and propose actionable improvements
  • Act as a feedback bridge between BD, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams

  • Desirable working hours (Mon - Fri, 08:30am - 5:30pm) with one hour lunch break
