Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven **Commercial Director** to lead and optimize our company’s commercial strategy, including sales, marketing, business development, and customer relationships.
This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and ensuring long-term profitability through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company’s **commercial strategy** aligned with overall business objectives
- Lead and manage **sales, marketing, and business development teams**
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
- Set revenue targets and monitor performance against KPIs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with executive leadership on pricing strategies and product positioning
- Oversee contract negotiations and major deals
- Ensure alignment between commercial functions and operational capabilities
- Prepare and present commercial reports, forecasts, and strategic plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven experience in a senior commercial, sales, or business leadership role
- Strong understanding of **market dynamics, sales strategy, and revenue management**
- Demonstrated ability to drive growth and achieve targets
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making
- Experience working in [insert industry, e.g., FMCG, SaaS, Manufacturing] preferred
- Pay: QAR45,000.00 per month
