Role Description

The Commercial Director role at Saheel Group is a full-time, on-site position based in the Riyadh Region.

The Commercial Director will oversee commercial strategy and operations, including revenue growth, pricing, and market positioning across key business lines.

Responsibilities

include developing and executing business plans, leading commercial negotiations, managing key client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities.

The role involves close collaboration with executive leadership to align commercial objectives with overall business goals, as well as coordinating with sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure consistent execution.

The Commercial Director will lead and mentor commercial and sales teams, monitor performance against targets, analyze market data, and provide regular reporting and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Strong Commercial Management and Business Planning skills to define strategy, set targets, and drive profitable growth.
  • Advanced Analytical Skills to evaluate market data, financial performance, and commercial risks and opportunities.
  • Proven Team Management capabilities to lead, develop, and motivate cross-functional commercial and sales teams.
  • Demonstrated Sales expertise, including building pipelines, managing key accounts, and closing high-value deals.
  • Experience in developing and implementing commercial policies, pricing models, and contract structures.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills in a multicultural business environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is an advantage.
  • Significant experience in senior commercial or business leadership roles, preferably within the Riyadh or GCC market.
  • Ability to work on-site in the Riyadh Region and collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
