Position Summar
YWe are looking for a driven, organized, and people-oriented Commercial Coordinator to join our growing Dubai office and support our commercial and operational success across Italian Market ,regional and international markets

- Support the Commercial Leader and wider sales team in daily commercial oper
- ations* Ensure all client correspondence is delivered accurately and within defined service sta
- ndards* Maintain and update commercial databases, CRM systems, and client r
- ecords* Ensure smooth communication between operations, reservations, and sales
- teams* Ensure timely processing of invoices, supplier documentation, and operational re
- quests

- ritten).*Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, or a relat
- ed field* Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality, tourism, travel operations, DMCs, or commercial coor
