Commercial Analyst

Role responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional proposal processes, stakeholders, and timelines to complete accurate contract proposals and modifications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead proposal bids and budget negotiations, using client requirements and internal data to plan resource and budget allocations.
• Review RFPs for sufficient information for budget preparation and lead bidding strategy calls.
• Use the bidding system for accurate bids and timely data mapping in client grid templates.
• Finalize and quality-check customer and internal documents for accuracy, formatting, and contract compliance.
• Ensure proposals reflect strategy, client needs, consistent messaging, differentiators, value, and success factors.

Education, experience, and skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic or vocational qualification.
• Relevant prior experience or equivalent working experience that provides the knowledge and abilities for the role.
• Strong organizational, project administration, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple tasks while delivering high-quality results.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for analysis and data presentation.
• Confidence handling sensitive information and making sound recommendations.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot and interest in productivity applications.

Schedule

• Standard office hours, 40 hours per week.
