  • You are a motivated professional with proven experience of diagnosing and resolving technical issues in fast-paced, high compliance environments. You bring strong knowledge of IT networks, Microsoft Office applications, and service management systems, with ITIL certification and exposure to SQL or Python seen as an advantage. You’re confident interpreting technical datasheets, following procedures, and ensuring compliance with KPIs and SLAs.
  • Organised, adaptable, and customer-focused, you communicate clearly, work well with others, and take a safety-first, solutions-driven approach.

Responsibilities

  • Provide remote support & troubleshooting guidance for our talented field technicians.
  • Remotely monitor systems, using signal-led triage to proactively resolve incidents affecting operations.
  • Manage service requests and incidents using Verra Mobility’s help systems.
  • Coordinate and support field teams with planned and remedial maintenance.
  • Conduct remote site health checks and verify image quality compliance.
  • Deliver professional client communication, including daily updates.
  • Participate in the on-call roster for after-hours support.
