Comfort Advisor
As a Comfort Advisor at Atticman Heating & Air Conditioning, Insulation Inc. , you’ll meet with homeowners, recommend high-value comfort solutions , and earn $300K–$600K+ annually with uncapped commission . We’re looking for a confident, competitive, and motivated sales professional who can build trust, communicate value, and close with confidence while helping homeowners create more comfortable, healthier homes .
Pay Range
- Earn $300K+ with Uncapped Commission!

- Annual Range: $300K - $600K+ Annually

Position Requirements
- 2+ years of HVAC or in-home sales experience required
- Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
- Comfortable selling high-ticket residential projects
- Competitive, organized, professional, and self-motivated
- Ability to learn HVAC, plumbing, ductwork, insulation, water heaters, and whole house fan solutions
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven, commission-based environment
Position Responsibilities
- Run scheduled in-home sales appointments
- Evaluate the customer's home, existing systems, concerns, and goals
- Review technician findings on technician-generated leads
- Identify appropriate HVAC and home-service solutions
- Present multiple options based on customer needs and budget
- Explain equipment, warranties, financing, rebates, and upgrades
- Prepare accurate proposals and pricing
- Build value and confidently ask for the sale
- Follow up on unsold opportunities
- Maintain accurate notes and estimates in the company CRM
- Coordinate with technicians, installation crews, dispatch, and management
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial appointment through installation
