Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collections Supervisor based in Riyadh.
The role is responsible for overseeing daily cash operations, including managing Cash on Delivery (COD) reports, verifying cash payments (especially driver commissions), and maintaining accurate POS machine records.
The position also involves ensuring timely deposits from all hubs, reconciling financial data, and generating daily reports.
In addition, the role includes supervising the cashier team, managing attendance, and ensuring smooth coordination with operations to maintain performance and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in Debt Collection and strong understanding of collection processes
- Proficient Analytical Skills to assess account data, track trends, and generate insights
- Effective Communication and collaboration skills to interact with clients and teams
- Customer Service skills to address client queries and resolve payment issues professionally
- Understanding of Finance principles, including account reconciliation and reporting
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in relevant financial and office software
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in a supervisory role within collections or finance is preferred
