Responsibilities
- Manage commercial account portfolios and follow up debts; resolve account enquiries, disputes, and billing issues.
- Reconcile accounts, resolve unmatched payments, and investigate complex account matters with internal teams.
- Coordinate collections with offshore counterparts, monitor aged debt, and identify collection risks.
- Escalate high-risk accounts, recommend recovery actions, and conduct account reviews.
- Maintain records, reporting, and dispute trackers; contribute to billing and collections process improvements.
Candidate requirements
- Accounts Receivable, collections, or healthcare billing experience is desirable; relevant Accounts Receivable experience in other industries is also welcomed.
- Be comfortable with sensitive and difficult conversations and collaborative stakeholder work.
- Strong negotiation, objection handling, Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), communication, analytical and problem-solving skills are sought.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and a strong customer service focus are required.
