Role overview
The Collection Officer follows up with customers and collects outstanding company payments and invoices.
Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding amounts and collect overdue payments and invoices.
- Contact customers by phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Track payment due dates and update collection records.
- Prepare periodic reports on collected and overdue amounts.
- Coordinate with the accounts department and management.
- Communicate professionally with customers and maintain good relationships.
Requirements
- Previous experience in collections or accounting is an advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to follow up with many customers and organize collection schedules.
- Computer proficiency and Microsoft Excel skills.
- Seriousness, commitment, and ability to meet collection targets.
Pay
- AED 2,332.50–6,000.00 per month.
