We are opening our collaborator roster for ATÖLYE 360.

This is a call to join our freelancer pool, *not an active hire*.

We build this roster so that when the right project lands, we can move quickly with people we trust.

Our work encompasses strategy, design, architecture and technology, delivered through three interconnected practices - Academy, Space and 360 - held together by a Creative Hub in Dubai's Emirates Towers.

Who we're looking for:

**Service Designers** - fluent in journey mapping, service blueprints, prototyping and working with operational realities.

Comfort in public-sector, education and community-facing work is a plus.

**UX/UI Designers** - product designers across research, IA, interaction and interface.

We want to see shipped work, not just polished case-study visuals.

**Community Designers** - designers of community programmes, rituals and engagement models.

Building the audience, not just the thing they use.

**Strategy & Business Design** - strategists who can translate user insight into business model, positioning and roadmap.

Confident with ambiguity and at ease in client rooms.

**Copywriters** - brand, UX, long-form and sharp short-form.

English, Arabic, or both - bilingual writers especially welcome.

**Video Production** - directors, DPs, editors and motion designers.

We work across brand films, documentary-style case studies and social-first formats.

**Web Development** - front-end and full-stack developers comfortable with modern stacks (React/Next, headless CMS, Webflow for lighter builds).

Clean hand-offs with designers are essential.

ATÖLYE 360 designs integrated experience systems that make transformation tangible by connecting strategy to behaviour across physical, digital and human touchpoints.

A single brief here might cross a service blueprint, a brand launch, a website build and a community rollout in the same month.

We look for collaborators with the craft, range and point of view to work at that intersection.

How we work with collaborators

Engagements are project-based.

Most work is delivered for clients in the UAE or KSA - remote, hybrid, or on-site depending on the brief.

You would work alongside our in-house team, not instead of it.

Collaborators are treated as an extension of our team - briefed, credited and supported as such.

Who should apply

Freelance, or set up to invoice as such

Based in the UAE or KSA, or with a track record of regional delivery

Able to deliver in Arabic, English, or both - tell us which

Comfortable working across cultures and, where relevant, in Arabic-speaking environments
