Responsibilities
- Provide supervision, coaching, and support to our team of APPs
- Review and co-sign patient charts as required by state regulations
- Provide input on clinical protocols and procedures
- Collaborate with the rest of the clinical team to ensure a high standard of care
- Participate in regular meetings with APPs to provide feedback and guidance
- Remain up-to-date with relevant medical knowledge and advancements in the field of psychiatry
Skills
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
- Ability to provide high-quality, accessible patient care
- Commitment to an organizational culture that recognizes the humanity and dignity of our patients and staff
- Team player, open to learning and adopting evidence-based strategies in the management of our patients
Requirements
- A valid, active medical license in North Carolina
- Experience in psychiatry, working with child and adolescent populations
