About This Role
Overview
The Cold Store Supervisor is responsible for assisting the store manager in maintaining a positive environment, which provides fast, efficient, and friendly service ensuring a Total Quality Experience for the team members.
Shift supervisor assist in training, product knowledge and education, encouraging safe work practices, and a demonstrated commitment to our Guiding Principles and Store/company Rules.
This position directly supervises and leads and acts as the manager on duty in the absence of the store and/or assistant manager.
1.
Devising ways to optimize inventory control procedures.
2.
Inspect the levels of business supplies and FG & raw materials & trading items.
3.
Maintain the required safety stock level.
4.
Ensure product stock is adequate for all the distribution channels and can cover direct demand from stakeholders.
5.
Use software to monitor demand and document characteristics of
Inventory.
6.
Help in placing orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or
Excessive surplus.
7.
Analyse data to anticipate future needs.
8.
Assist in forecasting to plan future orders.
9.
Report to manager on stock level, issues etc.
10.
Comply with HSE, EMS and Safety rules and regulations of the company.
Requirements
- Proven working experience in the F&B sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Should comply with company’s Safety rules and regulations.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor degree.
- 4-5 year’s hands-on experience in store operations is required.
- Excellent knowledge in presentations, MS Products like Excel, word and SAP.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
