Cold Kitchen Assistant
Location: Nad Al Hamar, Dubai

We are looking for energetic and hardworking Cold Kitchen Assistants to join our growing food processing team in Dubai.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare fresh fruits, salads, smoothies, juices, and fruit platters
- Wash, cut, peel, and portion fruits and vegetables
- Assist in packing and labeling food products
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the production area
- Follow food safety and quality procedures
- Support the team in daily production activities
Requirements:
- Experience in food preparation, cold kitchen, salad section, or fresh-cut production is preferred
- Knowledge of food hygiene and cleanliness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Physically fit and active
- Must be comfortable working afternoon and night shifts
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
