Job Summary
We are looking for a Cognitive AI Product Manager to define and deliver AI platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics
- Translate requirements into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Prioritize across AI platform components (inference, RAG, fine-tuning, analytics, multitenancy)
- Manage vendor delivery, dependencies, milestones, and KPI/SLO-based acceptance
- Define service catalog, pricing inputs, onboarding flows, and SLAs/OLAs
- Ensure alignment with security, privacy, and governance standards
- Track product adoption, analytics, and performance metrics
- Lead product launches, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with contractual, performance, and audit requirements
Required Skills
- Strong product management experience in platform/API-based products
- Understanding of AI/ML platforms and cloud-native architectures
- Experience defining KPIs/SLOs and outcome-driven delivery
- Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills
Qualifications
- 8+ years in product management (cloud/data/AI platforms preferred)
- Experience in regulated environments (government/telco preferred)
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, multicloud, and developer platforms
- Experience with multi-vendor delivery and contract-based KPIs
