Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Coffee Specialist, located in the Ajman, United Arab Emirates.
The Coffee Specialist will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee beverages & matchas, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Tasks include educating customers on coffee varieties, managing inventory, and collaborating with team members to deliver outstanding experiences.
The individual will also contribute to initiatives enhancing customer satisfaction and promoting the brand's vision.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, brewing methods, and coffee equipment
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain cleanliness
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Curiosity and willingness to learn about trends and innovations in the beverage and café industry
- Experience in a similar role or background in hospitality is a plus
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
