Role overview
An experienced and energetic Coffee Shop Manager is sought to oversee café operations, lead the team, and deliver excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day coffee shop operations.
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff.
- Ensure customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and stock control.
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and quality standards.
- Handle cash management, POS operations, and daily sales reports.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.
- Control operational costs and improve profitability.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with suppliers and management.
Requirements
- At least 2–5 years of coffee shop or café management experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience with inventory management and POS systems.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- English proficiency is required.
- Specialty coffee knowledge and UAE experience are advantageous.
