We are looking for an experienced and passionate **Barista** to join our team in the Jumeirah area of Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have strong coffee-making skills, excellent customer service abilities, and experience working in a fast-paced café environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages.
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all drinks.
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the café and work area.
- Operate coffee machines and related equipment efficiently.
- Assist with inventory control and stock management.
- Follow company policies, food safety, and health regulations.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Barista is required.
- Good knowledge of coffee preparation, latte art, and beverage presentation.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and reliability.
- **Tagalog Speaker .**
- Experience in specialty coffee shops is an advantage.
