Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Review and refine AI-generated code for quality, accuracy, and best practices across multiple languages, including Python, Java, and JavaScript.
• Create and solve coding problems, ensuring diverse and challenging datasets to evaluate code correctness and performance.
• Develop comprehensive test cases to evaluate code correctness and performance, and provide clear reasoning and detailed written feedback to enhance AI model learning.
• Collaborate with the customer’s team to identify areas for improvement in code evaluation processes, and document findings to contribute to the continuous improvement of evaluation frameworks.
• Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats, ensuring that technical information is conveyed clearly and accurately to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages, including Python, Java, Golang, .NET, TypeScript, JavaScript, Rust, Swift, and Kotlin.
• Experience with coding best practices, including code review, testing, and debugging, and the ability to apply these skills to improve the quality of AI-generated code.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to create and solve complex coding problems, and a strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate code correctness and performance, and provide clear and detailed feedback to enhance AI model learning.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and accurately to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
