What you’ll do

  • Run the full class experience: ingredient purchasing, setup, instruction, and cleanup
  • Create a fun, beginner-friendly, interactive learning environment
  • Keep high standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and organization
  • Represent CocuSocial professionally and deliver great guest experiences
  • Class concepts we’re seeking: Handmade pasta, sushi, Neapolitan or artisan pizza, dumplings, Pad Thai, paella, street tacos, empanadas, French pastry and choux, cheese making, mixology, and wine tasting. Other cuisines and specialties are welcome.
  • What’s in it for you:

Qualifications

  • Professional culinary background
  • Passion for food and for sharing culinary skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable engaging groups of up to 26 guests
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Prior experience teaching cooking classes, culinary education, demonstrations, team training, or similar instructional settings
  • English language skills
