RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Author and maintain clear, complete, and polished Service Release and Hot Fix Notes for end users. Products may include ERP modules such as Accounting, Production, Sales, and Payroll.
  • Proactively identify documentation gaps and recommend solutions.
  • Create and format user-focused content that reflects changes across the software suite.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the software business.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong attention to detail.
  • Commitment to improving the customer experience through clear user materials and effective teamwork.
  • Ability to quickly learn ERP software applications and analyze and synthesize information.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, both independently and collaboratively, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with ability to manage multiple assignments
  • Ability to track documentation progress from initial creation through approval and final release.
  • Comfort using Azure DevOps and a willingness to apply AI tools to streamline processes and create user-friendly documentation.
