- A fast-growing Hyderabadi Biryani restaurant in a prime Karama, Dubai location is looking for a hands-on Operations Director to help lead and scale the business.
- In less than one year, the restaurant has achieved:
- Approximately AED 100,000+ monthly revenue
- Strong customer retention and repeat business
- High-volume sales of signature dishes
- A growing and loyal customer base
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations
- Manage procurement and supplier relationships
- Lead and develop restaurant staff
- Ensure exceptional customer experience
- Monitor financial performance and operational efficiency
- Support business growth and expansion initiatives
What We'Re Looking For
- Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or food service management
- Strong leadership and operational skills
